Add a Pause button to the DCA bot#67

Have a Pause Button instead of stop will be perfect, becase some times we recognizze that its not a right moment the bot opens an order and we need to pause it.

Addition during pause:

• Stop timer, accurated performance.
• Ability to set preserve/consume or release the coins
