hello, i have been using bitsgap for ears and many other platforms. bitsgap is great but, it is highly restrictive for futures/perpetuals. i appreciate the safeguards like no more than 10x but, there are so many things that can be done to make it truly good to work with. for example, any potential modifiations to base settings. if the buy orders are following dca logic, why not allow the user to implement step and prder scaling as they deem fit? the way it is scaled now is not really workable for what it says it does. Also, if platforms like aster and evedex are incorporated, why not hyperliquid? you could earn significant fees from block bulding and, it is significantly more secure and simple to setup than aster. it feels like a chance for people to get into perps but, with strict limits that go against the entire concept of it and implemented in a way that tries to protect the user but ends up being counterproductive in the long term. regardless, i still love and use bitsga but, it needs to be mentioned. when aster was initially offered, ip whitelisting wasnt an option from bitsgap despite aster requiring it for future and spot trading. I am the person who first alerted you about this and never heard back despite being promised so. i understand but, i brought a significant issue to your attention and was never given the courtesy of a response despite being told i would recieve one. there are some fundamental things that need to be addressed as well. trailing for the combo bot simply doesnt work as advertised. it will often show positions excedding margin in literally the tens of thousands of percent while the margin ratio on the exchange is less than 4 percent. it might make significantly more sense to migrate to the pro api rather than using the standard api aster offers. thank you for your time.
