Dear Bitsgap Team,
I hope this message finds you well! I would like to propose a feature improvement that could enhance the accuracy of bot trading on your platform.
Currently, the gray zone calculation for live bots can sometimes be too large or inaccurate due to fixed trading fees being used. Platforms such as Binance US, for example, offer 0% trading fees on certain pairs, which can significantly affect the bot’s trading strategy. However, since the gray zone is calculated based on the default trading fee settings, the bot might avoid executing trades even when there is an opportunity.
It would be incredibly helpful if users could manually override the default trading fees for the live bots, allowing for more accurate gray zone calculations or no gray zone at all based on the actual fees charged by their platform. This would help ensure that bots can continue executing trades without mistakenly avoiding profitable opportunities due to a discrepancy in the fee calculations.
I believe this adjustment could improve the overall bot performance and offer a more customizable experience for users across different exchanges.
Thank you for considering this suggestion. I look forward to any feedback you may have.
