Hello Bitsgap Team,
First of all, thank you for the kind and professional support from Natasha and the chat assistant. I’m an active Bitsgap user and plan to continue using the platform for years to come. For this reason, it’s very important for me to be able to test long-term strategies in Demo Mode. Unfortunately, the current limits (1 month for Grid bots and 3 months for DCA bots) don’t allow this.
I understand that Demo Mode was originally designed to explore platform features. However, for more experienced users like me, it serves a different purpose: risk-free testing of new strategies, especially over extended time periods.
So my request is: Please consider allowing Demo Bot durations of 6–12 months, ideally on request or per user. I truly believe many advanced users would benefit from this flexibility. Alternatively, a more advanced Demo Mode option could unlock longer durations.
