I love using Bitsgap overall, but the Android mobile app has a frustrating issue—it logs me out every few minutes, even if I’m still on the same device and network. The fingerprint login doesn’t always appear, which forces me to repeatedly enter my credentials. I’ve tried multiple devices, networks, and even reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. Improving the login experience and session persistence on mobile would make a huge difference.
