create multiple bots within the same pair#345

Currently, Bitsgap doesn’t allow the creation of multiple bots for the same pair. However, it would be beneficial to enable this feature, as it would allow users to set up multiple bots for their favorite cryptocurrencies and maximize their advantages.

I did manage this the other day. I had 3 idential going by accident of API mishaps. So, it IS possible!

In Binance it’s available why it’s not allowed in bitsgap, it’s really crucial to let it in binance

Yes, I completely agree. The issue I’m currently having is that Bitsgap won’t let me create a futures trade on an exchange (let’s call them A) just because I have a futures order for the same crypto on a different exchange (let’s call them B). Bitsgap staff tell me to just cancel the existing futures order on exchange B, but I don’t want to do that because it’s at a big unrealized loss, with PUMP/DUMP status, and I’m just waiting for the crypto to recover instead of taking now a realized loss. I’ve explained this multiple times to Bitsgap customer service, but they just keep repeating that I should cancel the existing future order. This is pretty frustrating that they expect me to take a big LOSS just because they can’t be bothered to fix their system issue.
