Add more Derivative exchange connectors + Futures neutral strategy#34

As some people can not access Binance Futures, this limits a lot our trading opportunities on Futures. It could be great to add more Futures connectors, like Kucoin Futures, Gate.io Futures, and so on. Also it could be great to add a Grid Neutral strategy (take the opposition position when closing one - e.g. i close a long position so in the same time i’m shorting).

Very keen for BYBIT too
