Include actual fees in calculation#158

Please apply actual fees applicable to the individual user a some of us may have VIP status or have reached certain thresholds that enable lower fees on specific exchanges and applying the standard fee will lead to gross miscalculation and also impact actual trading patterns since it appears the bot will wait for the variation to be = price variation PLUS fees before actually submitting an order

I would add to this, as it is not only important for VIP users!

Regular users can get a 25% fee discount by simply owning some BNB.

And I think the usecase goes even beyond the calculation.
By reducing the fees, the bots will execute more trades due to the “fee zone” being smaller.

Coinbase has a GET for maker/taker fees in their API here so definitely possible. https://docs.cdp.coinbase.com/exchange/reference/exchangerestapi_getfees

With crypto.com I get a rebate for trading with Limit orders because of CRO locked. I need to be able to enter that I am paying no fees. This is a field you should allow each user the option to populate per exchange manually, if they choose.
